Pochettino makes five changes from the comfortable 4-0 win over Huddersfield Town on Saturday, with Alli recovering from a hand injury to take his place in the starting line-up alongside Alderweireld, Rose, Trippier and Son. In terms of the alterations from last week’s first leg, Kane and Harry Winks both miss out through injury and are replaced by Lucas and Wanyama. Like last week’s clash in North London, the visitors will set out with four across the back, not five as some expected.

Man City show one change from their 3-1 win over Crystal Palace last weekend, bringing in Bernardo Silva for the benched Sane. There are three alterations from the first leg, meanwhile, as Otamendi, Mahrez and Fabian Delph, the latter not included in the squad at all today, are replaced by Kompany, Bernardo Silva and Mendy. There is a positive of sorts for the hosts as Fernandinho is back on the bench after missing out against Palace, though Guardiola would no doubt have wanted his key midfield man starting this huge match.
